I've been making the annual painting trip to Door County for YEARS, and I have only today discovered this spot! After a fabulous morning of painting this glorious creek, I returned for an afternoon paint from the deep shade of the surrounding trees! Encountered three striped snakes first thing, but they were harmless. The locals say there are no poisonous snakes in Wisconsin! Yay! Painting number 2011 in 2011 days.
