January Collage!!

To celebrate the end of the January #stradaeasel challenge, I downloaded an app (Phinsh Collage Maker)on my phone to for my January work.  I simply selected the pics on my phone and the app did the rest. I can see a few paintings were clipped off, but I haven't had time to give it a second look. It's fun to see a whole month's venues at a glance, and each is a memory of the day. Maybe I'll do this next month, too!

January at a Glance!

Highlights from the last 30 days!
I did a collage like this one last January for the 30 day painting challenge - and loved the whole idea of it!  How wonderful it was to see all of the artist's works during the 30 day period.  I determined to post one every month, it was such a good idea!  Well, I did not get that done - just that one little extra thing at the end of the month did not get squeezed in.  I hope to do better this year, and that is all I can commit to!  Now, I have to get busy on today's painting, since I have already spent as much time as finishing a painting on putting this little collage together :)

January's Paintings - all but 2.....

January's 30 Day Painting Challenge
well....most of them....
This is January at a glance for 2014!  I am going to try to post one for each month - if I can find he time to pull it all together.  the only bad part is that my files are too large, and I run out of space before I can load all of my images.  So, I just have to leave off one or two a month - unless I reduce the size of my images.......It is fun to look back at the month's progress, and it inspires me for the coming month.  So many things to paint, so little time!  Now, back to work!

30 Paintings in 30 Days Collage!

Here is the 30 in 30 Challenge Collage!
This challenge was SO much fun - and such a learning experience!  This commitment had me pushing into new frontiers of painting - and fine tuning my schedule to make time to finish a painting EVERY day!  It has been very motivating to see all the artwork posted each day by fellow artists - and the support within the whole community has been wonderful and SO inspiring!  What a way to jump start the new year!
