What a gorgeous late October day for painting! Feeling much more like summer, the weather was so enjoyable as I painted. I made the artistic decision to omit the tree growing directly in from of the barn. Adding it only muddied the waters of the composition, and there was no good place to plant it - except for behind the barn - and I might do that yet! This has become one of my favorite places to end my yearly pumpkin painting season! Painting number 5047 in 5047 days.
