I've had so much fun traveling with my mom this week, delivering artwork through Missouri, Illinois and Indiana! Today found us in the arts district of Carmel, Indiana - so of course, I had to paint before the gallery opened! This Butterfly Garden exhibit is new and grabbed my attention right away! With ink I sketched out the scene, adding watercolor to bring it to life. The gardens constantly inspire me - and especially when the backdrop is a wonderful old train depot! This painting is now available at All Things Carmel on Main Street. Painting number 2819 in 2819 days.
